Hand-Eye Coordination in a Humanoid Robot

open in viewerWe have developed software for a humanoid robot that allows it to see objects on a table pointed at by a human and then to point to the same objects itself. We have also conducted a human-human study of pointing behavior. This work will form the foundation for future research on natural human-robot interaction.
