This project provided cost benefit analysis to Putnam Investments as they considered the use of alternative labor sources. Putnam wanted to examine the potential of a joint venture with the Veteran's Administration work therapy program to staff their data entry positions. Recommendations were made based on the financial analysis to begin a pilot study with a limited number of veterans based on the cost benefits expected.
