Spirol International introduced a duel-axis vibratory feeder to the vibratory feeder market. This particular feeder, using the Series 2000 drive system, is unique in its use of a feedback sensor. This project analyzed the feedback sensor and determined the amplitudes and frequencies at which sensor performs effectively. We reported on the operational ranges of the sensor and made recommendations on sensor improvements.
