The purpose of this M.Q.P. is to understand and build a system dynamics model that emulates Acton's commercial sector and its interaction with the residents and their quality of life. This model allows users to test hypothetical solutions and ideas that bring Acton closer to their goal of a commercial tax base of twenty percent.
