Oceanside wastewater treatment plant -- a case study.

open in viewerThis project studied the design and construction of a wastewater treatment plant in the City of San Francisco. The project researched how factors such as politics, laws, cost and social factors influenced the treatment plant and shaped its eventual design. These factors ended up measuring the overall success of the project.
