Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education at Worcester Polytechnic Institute

open in viewerOur study investigated how Artificial Intelligence might affect higher education at Worcester Polytechnic Institute in terms of, among other things: enrollment process, learning and instruction, personalized career planning, and student experience. Our first objective was to determine what experts think the impact of AI will be on how universities conduct their business. Our second objective was to address some of the possible ethical concerns with using AI in higher education. Finally, we made recommendations for WPI to implement AI using the feedback from experts.
