Increasing Ridership of Santa Fe Trails
PublicDownloadable Content
open in viewerThis project evaluated methods that aimed to increase ridership of the Santa Fe Trails public transportation system in Santa Fe, NM. Problems in service were revealed through the analysis of surveys given to bus riders and non-riders. Solutions to these problems included a feeder system for people outside walking distance to the bus, riding information on new signs, and a mobile application for using the Trails. These solutions have a high chance of being implemented in the near future.
