This project, sponsored by the Caritas Adult & Higher Education Service in Hong Kong, created a new database management system for the 900 classes offered each term at Caritas' 26 educational sites. Through interviews the project team understood the deficiencies and redundancies in the current course registration and publication process and provided a streamlined, improved database entry system that built off the traditional components so as to provide the Caritas staff with minimal adjustment problems.
