The Worcester Community Connections Coalition’s (WCCC) Digital Blue Book (DBB) is a directory for Worcester families to connect to the service providers they need. This project explored the use of Google Forms, Microsoft Forms, and Survey Monkey as content management tools for the DBB. Using Survey Monkey we prototyped a data collection tool that allows service providers to update or add a new entry to the DBB. We also developed a color-coded workflow diagram to model the process of updating the DBB. To streamline the update process, we made a cohesive CSV file that displays the listing information and corresponding contact person for each organization in the DBB. This project assisted in the upkeep of the DBB to ensure the contents are accurate and easy to maintain.
