This study points out the renovation of guestrooms and corridor of Boston Long Wharf Marriott Hotel. Reviewing bid rates and evaluating the project manual; project sections were examined. The goal of the project was accomplished in collaboration with superintendents, engineers and accountants. In conclusion, improvements for the close-out system have been proposed to TURNER Construction Company
