The objective of this project is to examine the planning, execution, and control of the construction of the Worcester Trial Courthouse by weekly observations conducted between September 2005 and March 2006. Students attended contractor and owner meetings and visited the site to form conclusions related to the schedule, safety, quality, budget, relations and logistics of the project. The roof structure is also analyzed to determine the adequacy of the members that support it.
