Addressing Wayfinding at Bumrungrad Hospital
PublicDownloadable Content
open in viewerThe internationally accredited Bumrungrad Hospital (BH), located in Bangkok, Thailand, sponsored this project in order to develop fresh and unique ideas for the revamping of their interior and exterior wayfinding system. We determined wayfinding criteria and findings specific to BH through interviews, surveys, mock tests, observations, and email correspondence. Recommendations were made for BH's multiple facility complex, which addresses both the current and expected wayfinding problems, with an emphasis on technology.
