The mechanism of tip growth of walled plant cells raises research interests for decades. With gained knowledge on material and mechanical properties, models are made for simulation to comprehend its delicate mechanism. Innovated and improved, our model solved the difficulty in early models and computed the tension and elastic constant distribution of the cell wall. Inference on tension was analyzed earlier, now the inference on elastic constants is developed, with extra findings on the effect of their variation.
