There has been an increase in the need for communication between people of different cultures in the last decade. This project breaks the language barrier between people by allowing visual communication using [an] iconic language. The program was implemented with high regard to icon design so that it can be easily understood and used. Testing results have shown that this is a viable form of a communication, [one] that is easily learned and used.
