This project evaluates available software to update the outdated tax reporting software currently used by the project sponsor, Fidelity Investments. This report describes Fidelity's business practices, systems and business requirements, and possible software solutions from outside vendors, as well as from within Fidelity. Ultimately, this project recommends purchasing the software solution provided by Convey's Taxport system to replace the current system.
