Using information provided by the Maine Department of Transportation, a site specific pavement design sheet was created. Using traffic, strain and temperature data from a test site on route 15 in Guilford Maine, models were created to relate calculated strains dependant on temperature loading (using the software package Everstress) to actual strains in the field enabling a design to be made for exact conditions. An economic analysis showing the importance of proper design is also included
