The University of Worcester (UW) and Sulitest were interested in ways to increase and improve UW student and academic staff participation with the Awareness Test, a tool offered by Sulitest. We conducted surveys to gain an understanding of the general perception of the Awareness Test. Interviews and focus groups were conducted with staff and students to gauge their perception of the Awareness Test and Sustainability. Several recommendations were offered to UW regarding improvements about how to promote and administer the Awareness Test along with refinements to current systems to achieve long-term engagement. Similarly, recommendations were compiled about how Sulitest can improve the user experience with the Awareness Test.
