Project was based on creation of the Operations Manual for WICN's (non-profit New England's Radio Station) staff and volunteers, working at the station. Operations Manual covers all station's electronic equipment and clearly describes all the operations and procedures used by WICN's staff in such a way that the document could be used as a reference manual by WICN's staff and as a learning material for volunteers with limited knowledge and experience of work with radio station's equipment.
