PublicDownloadable Content
open in viewerTwo aspects of the construction of the Gateway Park Project were studied: the cracking of the cementitious underlayment of the floors at 68 Prescott Street and information exchange between owners and construction managers. An investigation into the behavior of timber/concrete floors was conducted by testing a composite and noncomposite system, as well as performing a cost analysis. Information exchange was evaluated through use of surveys and meeting checklists.
