Optimizing Process and Warehouse Efficiency at FirePRO Engineering
PublicAmong a growing fire protection industry in Morocco, FirePRO Engineering strives to maintain the highest standard in services, products, and quality to remain competitive in an developing field in Morocco. Our project goal was to collaborate with FirePRO to make two processes more efficient and reduce process waste. Through observation, interviews, and working closely with employees and upper management, our team held two Kaizen events to analyze the target processes and identify process waste. In our recommendations to FirePRO, our team focused on aspects related to promoting and sustaining continuous improvement.
