This project's goal was to research and analyze the methods used in English Program Analysis at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Research methods such as surveys, focus groups and interviews were discussed. With each method comes a summary of important practices used to improve the quality of the research. These practices were then compared to the methods used in the previous research. Strengths and weaknesses were identified along with suggestions on how to improve future research.
