open in viewerThe Computer Enabled Robotic Base Enhancing Remote Unmanned Security (CERBERUS) is a semi-autonomous sentry robot for deployment to remote unmanned Air Force installations. The project’s goal is to fufill the Air Force’s need for quicker responses to remote installations while also removing the need to put humans in danger to investigate possible intrusions. The platform is based around the Action Track Chair provided by the Air Force with a control system designed by the Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) student team.
