Environmental water modeling

Öffentlich

This project examines and evaluates land use, development, and runoff interrelationships for Beaver Brook located in the city of Worcester in conjunction with Metcalf and Eddy and the Worcester Department of Public Works. The project uses Computational Hydraulics International's (CHI) PCSWMM 2000 software modeling package to run simulations and quantify flows during varying storm events. Geographic Information Systems (GIS) data were supplied by the Worcester Department of Public Works. The findings from this study may aid in performing a future decision analysis on daylighting Beaver Brook.
