Student Work
Personality and intelligence -- comparative study of cognitive preferences and cognitive abilities.
PublicDownloadable Content
open in viewerThe goal of this study is to find any relationships between intelligence accurately measured and personality preferences. The Woodcock-Johnson III test has been administered to about 40 WPI students who took the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator index. The plan was to augment the original WPI sample by recruiting a school system where the WJ-III had been used regularly, so the MBTI could be administered to those students. The fallback plan was arranged to gather more data at WPI.
- This report represents the work of one or more WPI undergraduate students submitted to the faculty as evidence of completion of a degree requirement. WPI routinely publishes these reports on its website without editorial or peer review.
