This project involved revising a questionnaire based on the results of previous data collection using the prior version. It was designed to analyze the team dynamics of MQP experiences based on GCSI data. This effort resolved problems that had been uncovered in previous data collection, and refocused it so as to fit with MBTI data as well as a GCSI data. Extensive revision and new data collection have set the stage for a new analysis to be done by others.
