The team created a game prototype for New York sponsor Cicatelli Associates that would teach proper interviewing techniques for client risk assessment. After testing and researching, the team found that the game consistently improved user comprehension of the subject matter. Feedback from users indicated that the game was a much more enjoyable experience than using standard classroom materials.
