For my MQP in Humanities and Arts, I worked as Executive Producer of New Voices 17 from C term '99 through A term '99. Preparation for this role included working as Associate Producer for New Voices 16, and researching the job of producer and the history of New Voices. This MQP project report presents a detailed description of the duties of the Executive Producer of New Voices and is designed as a blueprint for the success of future Executive Producers.
