A market entry and sales strategy for Onesight for Call Centers

Emprix, Inc. developed Onesight for Call Centers (OSCC), a product that extends their current web monitoring solutions to call centers. OSCC was rolled out in the third quarter of this fiscal year. The team helped achieve this objective by developing a market entry and selling strategy for OSCC. Our project provided guidelines concerning what customers to target first, how the product is presented to customers, and what competition to be wary of.
