Streamware Corporation produces software for vending operators who wish to have more control over their information management. Our project consisted of developing a workflow system for Streamware to automate their existing process for tracking customer orders. The new system, developed in Microsoft Outlook, consists of an electronic order form that is transferred via email from sales to accounting to shipping and finally to customer service, resulting in improved in processing efficiency, a [reduction] in lost orders, and improved management reporting.
