PublicContenu téléchargeable
open in viewerThis project, performed in cooperation with Thomas Prince School, in Princeton, MA, involved the evaluation of the acoustics of a school gymnasium. On-site tests were performed for speech intelligibility and reverberation time, and computer modeling was performed, in order to evaluate the value of suggested solutions. Explanations of testing and results were presented to a group of sixth grade students at Thomas Prince School, in order to provide them with some education on the subject of acoustics. Included within this report are the final recommendations for acoustical treatment for the gymnasium.
