This project was a collaboration with National Grid to create a means of modeling the estimated time of restoration after a major weather event interrupts power. By using data collected during the course of the project, two models were created that statistically derive the estimated time of restoration. The Pre-Damage Assessment ETR Calculator forecasts the ETR using historical storm data. The Damage Assessment ETR Calculator determines the ETR based on the amount of work that needs to be done.
