This project evaluates Thailand's present vehicle inspection system and suggests possibilities for improvement. A comprehensive analysis of the present vehicle inspection program was performed, taking into consideration social, economic, and performance aspects. From this analysis, suggestions for suitable changes to improve the Thai vehicle inspection program were made. These changes seek to improve vehicle safety and reduce air pollution in Thailand, specifically in Bangkok.
