The purpose of this project was to investigate the current utilization of computers and accessibility software by the blind population. This study investigated what computer applications are used, what software is being regularly used, and what qualities of each package are found admirable or in need of improvement by its intended audience. Through a series of semi-standardized interviews it was determined that there is much that needs to be done to level the playing field for blind users.
