This project analyzed and compared the 2012-2015 data collected by the Healthworks Business Coalition in Windhoek, Namibia. The team reviewed three surveys completed by 6,129 employees from 53 private companies. Five main research topics structured the analysis: Demographics, Impact of Disease, Education and Awareness, Accessibility of Health Policies and Medical Aid, and Impact of Healthworks’ Services. The team developed recommendations in three areas: raising awareness, promoting healthier lifestyles, and revising the screening process.
