The objective of this project was to ensure that Morgan Stanley's new application, Fund Profiler, becomes an effective tool. In order to achieve this goal, extensive usability testing, initial data migration, appropriate training materials, and a detailed best practices document on data quality management were created. This project evolved from a product-oriented focus into a process oriented focus, emphasizing methodologies and practices that may be extended and adapted for use in future applications.
