Behavioral Ethics is the study of determining the behavioral factors that affect ethical decisions that people make. In this paper, the different factors that affect ethical decisions and the current environment of behavioral ethics in professions will be explored. A survey was conducted to try to determine what behavioral factors affect engineers in an engineering environment. Finally, a case study was made surrounding the Florida International University bridge collapse and the ethical decisions that caused it.
