Thruster performance analysis for multi-spacecraft formation missions

Public

Analyzed at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, MD the specific propulsion concepts and how they affect the performance variance of thrusters on satellites in multi-spacecraft missions. In order to simulate thruster performance variance on the Hubble Recover Mission, I developed a program in MatLab which was able to input a file of change in velocity vectors of a control situation and output parameters such as mass of propellant consumed while varying thrust levels and specific impulse values.
