open in viewerThis project’s goal was to research non-governmental organizations (NGOs), non-profits, urban sustainability, and cultural infrastructure organizations as potential sponsors for the Hangzhou Project Center (HZPC). A recruitment process was developed. We provided materials we used so that the process could be replicated in future recruitment cycles. We identified a list of sponsors that exist in key sectors within Hangzhou and analyzed those sponsors based on criteria developed through interviewing other sponsors, past and present IQP center directors, and alumni. Secondary research from literature reviews were also used. We provide a list of recommendations for HZPC directors to establish contact with potential sponsors.
