Designing a Mobile Chicken Coop
PublicContenu téléchargeable
open in viewerTo both farmers and the general public, organic chicken farming is a means to promote sustainability and positively impact the environment. We collaborated with NOFA to identify improvements in organic chicken farming by developing mobile chicken coops for organic farmers. Mobile chicken coops benefit the well-being of chickens by providing protection and healthy living spaces, and they can lead to more productive pastures as chickens fertilize the fields and eat grubs and parasites as part of their daily routine.
