Institute Park in Worcester, Massachusetts, is only a shadow of its former self. It has a rich history that it does not easily reveal. The goal of this project was to provide a detailed analysis of Institute Park's history and to assess the community's interest in the park's future. We used available historic documentation, a survey, interviews, and field research to gather data. From that data we have formulated recommendations for improvements to Institute Park.
