This project was designed to implement a web communications system for Primarily Undergraduate Institutions that belong to the American Society of Plant Physiologists. This communications system allows people to keep up to date with useful information and other useful resources. The target of this project focused only on the northeast section but provides a paradigm for connecting members nationally.
