As technology has emerged, the Sisaket, Thailand municipality envisions that a smart city will help improve the quality of life of their citizens. In this project, our team proposed an initiative of smart tourism through the use of a Line Official Account (Line OA) to the municipality. Through interviews, focus groups, and first-hand experience surveying, the team was able to identify the needs and features, and methods to publicize the Line OA that would most benefit tourists in Sisaket. A framework of the Line OA was then developed to help the municipality visualize the potential of this Line OA. Lastly, the team recommends publicizing the Line OA through QR codes in popular locations across the province to best target the tourists and improve their experience in Sisaket.
