open in viewerMobile devices are becoming more and more widespread in many different areas in society. This project explored the capability for teachers to customize ASSISTments skill builder problem sets using a mobile smartphone or tablet. Development of the project involved designing the application in a way that allowed teachers to easily view problem sets and problems, and to add videos to problems in a simple and straightforward way. The final project was an addition to the existing ASSISTments Android application to enable teachers to add video hints to problems and assign them to students. It also involved allowing teachers to directly assign problem sets to students in a class without customizing them.
