PublicContenu téléchargeable
open in viewerThe goal of this Major Qualifying Project is to develop a robotic system to autonomously separate, identify, and sort a multitude of LEGO pieces. The solution developed is a three-part sorting apparatus which utilizes complex mechanical design, computer vision, and convolutional neural networks to serialize, classify, and distribute hundreds of unique part combinations. The completed mechanism is capable of processing a large input of unsorted components and fully sorting them by user-defined metrics.
