The Residential Services Department at WPI manages approximately twelve hundred students and forty one RA's. Many paper forms and manual processes exist as part of this management. These processes are time consuming and in many ways inefficient. This project investigates technological alternatives to the existing system.

• This report represents the work of one or more WPI undergraduate students submitted to the faculty as evidence of completion of a degree requirement. WPI routinely publishes these reports on its website without editorial or peer review.
