This project determines the feasibility of constructing an electronic database that can meet the uniform requirements to support a formal decision-making process for replacing URD cables. Massachusetts Electric employees, literature, and interviews with subject matter experts helped us come up with a database that later will be used to support decisions on URD cable replacement.
