Development of Entrepreneurial Service Platforms in Hangzhou Public

The purpose of our project is to improve our sponsor’s Entrepreneurial Service Platform and Hangzhou’s Entrepreneurial Service Platform. We conducted semi-structured interviews on ESP companies in Hangzhou and conducted some online research on ESPs around the world on what services they offer. Through our interviews, we have discovered that ESPs in Hangzhou are all focused on service. Some of the ESPs we interviewed have already successfully expanded internationally while others are taking their expansion within China very slowly. The expansion of an ESP can only done after they have a mature company structure that they can easily replicate and services they are proud to offer. While going global can be a goal, many steps or objectives need to be reached before it is possible to go global.
