This project is a business plan for the development of a 7,518 sq. ft. life-sciences based incubator facility by Massachusetts Biomedical Initiatives, in partnership with WPI, in Worcester's Gateway Park. The project team performed a cost analysis and market research in the creation of the operating, financial, and marketing plans, including a profitability analysis. In addition, the group assisted in the designing of the facility's layout. Lastly, the team constructed a set of recommendations to help ensure the venture's success.
