The goal of our project was to work with CORCLIMA to create an app for a developing collective transportation system. To do so, it was necessary to identify key features for an app, as well as the preferred payment systems for the bus system. To achieve this goal, we conducted 21 interviews among various stakeholders. We analyzed and drew findings from existing transportation apps to determine the features that should be included, such as schedules and routes. Alongside this, we identified which payment system combinations would be best. Our final product was a graphical user interface along with recommendations for payment systems.
