The activated sludge process is an alternative method to treat high strength ammonia wastewater. In this project, the effect of temperature and the nitrification performances in treating ammonia wastewater by immobilized activated sludge in both batch culture and continuous mode methods were examined. Batch culture operated at higher temperature had a positive effect on the reduction of ammonia concentration by 75% of a specific sample. %[ 2020-12-27 %9 Major Qualifying Project %~ Digital WPI %W WPI
